Setting Draft Order in the App
If you are the commissioner of a private league, you can change the draft order by going to the league settings tab and selecting edit draft order. There are different options such as editing draft order round-by-round or adjusting snake settings and more.
After the draft order is adjusted in the draft settings, get ready for draft day by ranking the top wide receivers, running backs, and more as you get set to build your roster to take down other fantasy managers in your league this season.
Public vs Private Leagues
Remember, you cannot change the draft order if you are competing in private leagues for your fantasy football draft. You have to draft based on the position you are given. There is no way to determine the draft order in a public league. Your draft position is set in stone for public fantasy football leagues.
If you are in a private league, the commissioner can choose to randomize the draft order or change the order as they see fit. If you are going to change the randomized draft order, fantasy leagues might vote on a way to randomize such as drawing names from a hat or letting the previous year’s winner decide the owner.
