There are a total of 6 Planets in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, all of which can be unlocked by progressing through the Main Story.
The sixth Planet, Cursa's Stronghold, however, has limited access as it can no longer be explored after finishing the main story.

The usually sunny beach-themed planet has become rainy and gloomy due to Cursa's control.
The Warden is Augie, who needs help from the heroes to bring the sunshine back to the planet.

Pristine Peaks is a snow-themed planet with large mountains that you can climb and caves. Cursa's spread of Darkness brought a snowstorm that made most of the areas inhospitable.
In addition, the warden of the planet, Capt. Orion, has gone missing, and it's up to the heroes to find him and restore the planet.

Palette Prime is a planet surrounded by autumn leaves and is plagued by Cursa's Darkmess upon arrival.
With the help of Woodrow, and even joning forces with Bowser, Mario and company set out to restore the planet's beauty.

Terra Flora is a greeny and flowery planet but is currently suffering from a drought due to the spread of Cursa's Darkmess.
With the help of Sullivan, the heroes take the Wiggler Train to Mt. Spout, a water volcano that may hold the key to restoring the planet back to its former glory.

Cursa's Stronghold is the final Planet in the game. This is where you will face Cursa and clear the rest of the world from all Darkmess!
Note that this Planet will no longer be accessbile after beating the game. You can, however, revisit the boss battles within it by checking the Quest Log found in its map.

How to Unlock Planets
Get Purified Darkmess Energy Crystals
New Planets can be unlocked upon obtaining 2 Purified Darkmess Energy Crystals. Each Planet has two of them and can be obtained by progressing through the Main Story.

Board the WM ARC Spaceship
You can travel between Planets by going to where your ship is in your current Planet and pressing the A Button to open up the Planet Menu.
