Does it cost anything to be a part of ZERO?

What types of services do you contract for?
We contract for services that a patient can schedule in advance, such as imaging, physical therapy, surgery, lab services, and other in office procedures.

Do I need to be doing bundles already to participate?
You do not need to already be doing bundles. We can work with you even if you do not currently do bundles. In fact, if this is something you are interested in - we can connect you to a peer network to assist in setting you up for success.

How do referrals work?
When a patient wants to access ZERO for healthcare services, they will work with our Personal Health Assistants to ensure that they are supported on their healthcare journey. Our Personal Health Assistants trigger an email to your scheduler to follow your practice’s already established scheduling process.

Do I need to obtain an authorization?
Once you get a referral, you can be sure that the patient is eligible and the procure is authorized for payment.

Will I need to change how I bill?
You do not need to change how you bill. We accept 837 claims, paper claims, invoices, superbills, legible co*cktail napkins, etc.
